Sault Area Hospital in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Religious Community are pleased to offer patients, the following Spiritual Support Services:

  • One-to-one support
  • Prayers/spiritual reflections
  • Connection with religious community for pastoral support
  • Arrangement for rituals and sacraments
  • Ecumenical Service every Thursday at Plummer site
  • Memorial Services for individuals and groups
  • Spiritual support in grief
  • Group support sessions
  • Support in ethical decision making process
  • Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for families and staff
  • Quiet environment for personal prayer/reflection or rituals in two of our Chapels - one at each site
